What we collect

  • Room details – measurements, windows, radiators and your style choices.
  • Room photos – if you choose to upload one, used only to help estimate your room’s size.
  • Contact details – your name, email address and postcode when you place an order or ask us to contact you.
  • Usage information – basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

  • To create furniture designs that fit your room (our legitimate interests in providing the service you asked for).
  • To process your order and arrange delivery (to perform a contract with you).
  • To share your details with the retailers in your basket, only when you tick the box asking us to, so they can take payment and book delivery (your consent).
  • To reply to your messages and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Retail partners (only with your consent, as above), and service providers who host our website and app on our behalf, such as our workflow and hosting providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed for the order and for our legal and accounting obligations (usually six years). Room photos are deleted after your design is created. [Confirm these periods.]

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential storage – the app saves your room and design progress in your browser so you don’t lose it. This is needed for the app to work.
